    Pain Relief from Nopalea

Many senior citizens suffer from chronic pain, and there are a number of different reasons. It’s not unusual for older individuals to develop arthritis, where cartilage, the cushioning for the joints, breaks down, causing swelling, pain, and stiffness. Arthritis commonly affects the fingers, hips, knees, neck, hands, and elbows.

Most cases of arthritis are treated with anti-inflammatory meds, and there are several medications available for arthritis pain relief. Most are relatively safe; however no medication is completely free of side effects. Before taking any medication, talk with your doctor to formulate a medication plan for your specific pain symptoms.

Another form of chronic pain for seniors is osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is a condition where the bones become extremely brittle and fragile. When an individual has osteoporosis, his or her bones can be broken very easily. When bones break, there is a tremendous amount of pain. Furthermore, if the bone doesn’t heal properly, it can lead to chronic pain.

Prevention of osteoporosis is the best medicine. However, not all seniors have taken the proper path during their younger years to help prevent this disease. In turn, individuals turn to prescription medication to treat osteoporosis. According to many medical experts, “bisphosphonates are – by far – the most common medications prescribed for osteoporosis treatment.” [1]

“Bisphosphonates slow the bone breakdown process. Healthy bones are in a state of continuous breakdown and rebuilding. As you get older, and especially after menopause when your estrogen levels decrease, the bone breakdown process accelerates. When bone rebuilding fails to keep pace, bones deteriorate and become weaker. Bisphosphonates basically put a brake on that. These drugs effectively preserve or maintain bone density during menopause – and decrease the risk of breaking a bone as a result of osteoporosis.” [1]

Whether you’re a senior and are suffering from chronic pain, or just looking for pain relief from minor aging symptoms, TriVita’s Sonoran Bloom Nopalea™, may be what you’re looking for. Nopalea™ is derived from the Nopal cactus, a desert superfruit that is loaded with betalains, a powerful and formerly rare antioxidants. Betalains are known as a natural and very powerful anti-inflammatory nutrient, one that fights inflammation and thus, helps to relieve chronic pain.

Before Nopalea™, the only way to get these rare betalains, was to take a trip to the Sonoran Desert. But now, they are available to the average person in the form of a terrific tasting drink. Nopalea™ is not sold in stores. Nopalea™ is only available from TriVita, and can be found by searching Google, of by clicking on the Sonoran Bloom Nopalea™ link

If you’re a senior, and you suffer from chronic pain, and/or are looking for relief from your pain, ask your doctor if Nopalea™ is right for you. From what I’ve read and heard, there are no side effects, like with most medications.

    Fight Inflammation, the Root Cause

Is cholesterol the cause of heart attacks and strokes, or is it getting falsely blamed? Is there some underlying cause that should be targeted, as the real problem, instead?

First let’s take a look at cholesterol:

Cholesterol is a soft, waxy substance found among the lipids (fats) in the bloodstream and in all your body’s cells. It’s an important part of a healthy body because it’s used to form cell membranes, some hormones and is needed for other functions. [1]

Cholesterol also aids in the manufacture of bile (which helps digest fats), and is also important for the metabolism of fat soluble vitamins, including vitamins A, D, E and K. It is the major precursor for the synthesis of vitamin D and of the various steroid hormones (which include cortisol and aldosterone in the adrenal glands, and the sex hormones progesterone, the various estrogens, testosterone, and derivatives ). [2]

According to some experts, cholesterol may be getting a bad rap, and is wrongly accused as the cause of heart attacks and strokes. Upon inspection of the arteries of someone at risk for a heart attack, levels of cholesterol and plaque build up are very high. The cholesterol, being transported to tissues, is actually part of an inflammatory response going to repair damage.

On it’s journey, it will only lodge itself onto the artery, and cause plaque, if the artery has become damaged. In essence, it’s inflammation in the artery that causes this damage. In fact, many experts agree that it’s the coronary disease that causes heart attacks, which is now considered to be caused mostly from chronic inflammation.

The causes of inflammation and its effects on the human body is an ongoing process. In a recent newsmax.com article by Dr. Blaylock, he says that “the latest studies show that inflammation is an independent risk factor for heart disease that is much stronger than any measure of cholesterol.”

If it is true that inflammation is the actually cause, and cholesterol is getting blamed for doing it’s job (sound all too familiar), shouldn’t we be fighting the battle at the root, and fight against inflammation?

Every day, we’re exposed to toxins in our air, water and food-and even toxins created by our own bodies. It’s these toxins that cause inflammation. So if we really want to get to the proper level, even before inflammation has a chance to take affect, we need protect our bodies against these toxins. So how do we do that? With TriVita’s Sonoran Bloom Nopalea™.

TriVita’s Nopalea™ (made from the Nopal cactus) specifically targets signs of inflammation in your body and reduces them quickly.[1] Its betalains and other anti-inflammatory ingredients work directly on the fluid surrounding your cells. There, they draw off the toxins and excess water to reduce inflammation and rebalance the cellular environment.

If it’s true what Hippocrates says, “all disease is one”, and if the majority of diseases are in some way related to inflammation and toxins, doesn’t it make sense to try TriVita’s Sonoran Bloom Nopalea™, which has the powerful antioxidant betalains.

    Chronic Pain Relief

Chronic Pain and Being Careful with Narcotics

The average person who is dealing with chronic pain is likely to be needing to take narcotics for pain control. Narcotics are a class of drugs that do have the ability to powerfully control chronic pain. Unfortunately they are also addictive and likely to push a person into needing to take the medication all the time.

There is a real disagreement as to whether people who have chronic pain should take narcotics. Some doctors refuse to use narcotics in patients with chronic pain. Others are rather liberal with the medication. As you can imagine, people who “like” narcotics tend to become patients of doctors who prescribe them with little qualification as to the need for the narcotic or the reason for the pain.

Well, we all know what pain is. But what is chronic pain? Well the purpose of pain is to help us avoid bad things happening to our body. When an injury happens, things hurt. That’s the way it’s supposed to be. That is called “acute pain”.

Chronic pain, however, is pain that lasts well after the 6 week time that it should normally take for an injury to get better. Some would say that you can’t call it chronic pain until it has lasted for 3 months. Either way the pain is lasting well after the injury.

There are many medical strategies to try to help deal with chronic pain and it is absolutely crucial that anybody who has chronic pain seek medical attention to figure out why they have it and what can be done about it. Nobody and I repeat nobody should ever deal with their chronic pain using alternative strategies until they have had a thorough evaluation.

Unfortunately for many people, after the evaluation there is the reality that their chronic pain is still with them. It just stays and stays and stays. In that case it becomes very reasonable to pursue alternative strategies as long as they are safe. Particularly for the person who is not going to give up.

I have discovered that a very powerful nutrient grown right in the Sonoran Desert called “betalains” may help to decrease chronic pain. At least that’s been the experience of some people who have been fortunate enough to get ahold of this nutrient.

Fortunately this nutrient can now be obtained through a whole food in drink form that actually tastes good. You can read the story about this very powerful nutrient and how it might help chronic pain at Pain Relief.

There is a reasonable chance that you will need less narcotic treatment for your chronic pain if you are using these betalains. So I encourage you to get them the drink tastes very good and you don’t have to worry about pills. The only thing you have to lose is – your chronic pain.

Natural Pain Relief and Home Business Success

You’ve heard it by now…Nopalea™ is the latest and greatest breakthrough in wellness drinks! But how much do you know about it? And more importantly, what can it do for you? Others are reaping the benefits of this astonishing product. Find out how it can change your life for the better.

Here are the top 10 reasons to love Nopalea:

    1. Helps your body relieve pain.
Testimonials for Nopalea have been pouring in, and people are raving about this product’s amazing pain-reduction benefits. As Nopalea works to help your body reduce inflammation, it also helps your body relieve the pain associated with swelling.
    2. The incredible antioxidant power.
Betalains are powerful antioxidants that help to reduce inflammation in the body. There are a total of 24 Betalains in nature that help the body in various ways; each one completes a particular health need by supplying specific structure and function to human cells. A few Betalains can be found in limited vegetables and desert fruit, but the Nopal cactus fruit of the Sonoran Desert is the only fruit to contain all 24 Betalains. Each bottle of Nopalea brims with the health benefits of these Betalains.
    3. Helps your body with inflammation.
If inflammation is the problem, Nopalea is the solution. Let’s face it, whether you can feel it or not, your body fights inflammation on a daily basis. This is because the human body is constantly under the assault of toxins. These toxins exist in the air we breathe, the food we eat, even the water we drink. And when toxins penetrate the body, inflammation occurs in response. Too much inflammation is dangerous and can lead to debilitating illnesses. Nopalea helps your body reduce this inflammation and helps detoxify your system.
    4. Helps your body relieve breathing difficulties.
Many breathing difficulties associated with allergies or asthma are the result of inflammation around the bronchial tubes. Nopalea can help your body reduce this inflammation, allowing the bronchial tubes to stay mucus-free.
    5. The taste.
A drink that is great for you oftentimes tastes awful. But Nopalea has an incredibly delicious and unique taste. It’s hard to believe something this tasty is actually great for you.
    6. No added sugar.
Nopalea is sweetened with a natural form of sugar. It contains Agave nectar, which is 40% sweeter than sugar. This lends a nice honey-like taste and makes this wellness drink ideal for diabetics, or those who are trying to lose weight.
    7. Energizes your life.
When you get rid of the toxins in your body and you take care of yourself, you begin to feel a sense of energy and vitality coming back into your life. Nopalea can give you a sensational feeling of health and energy as it works to help your body reduce inflammation, detoxify and protect your cells.
    8. Protects against premature aging.
There are many things that contribute to premature aging, including excess exposure to the sun, a poor diet, stress and inactivity. The most common contributors, however, are inflammation, muscle and joint pain and poor circulation. Since Nopalea targets inflammation, aids detoxification and optimises cellular health, it can help slow down the process of premature aging.
    9. Exclusivity.
Nopalea – there’s really nothing on the market like it. With the benefits of the Nopal cactus fruit of the Sonoran Desert, no other wellness drink compares to its incredible power and taste.
    10. The opportunity.
Nopalea brings with it an incredible Share and Earn opportunity that can help you pursue your most desired life purposes. When you share Nopalea, you have the opportunity to spread wellness to others. If others purchase Nopalea, you will enjoy generous financial rewards. Sharing Nopalea can create a steady stream of income for you and your family that can help you reach your short-term or long-term goals.

A new American Heart Association scientific statement which provides specific guidance on limiting the consumption of added sugars and provides information about the relationship between excess sugar intake and metabolic abnormalities, adverse health conditions and shortfalls in essential nutrients, says that “most women should consume no more than 100 calories (about 25 grams) of added sugars per day.”

High intake of added sugars, as opposed to naturally occurring sugars, is implicated in the rise in obesity. It’s also associated with increased risks for high blood pressure, high triglyceride levels, other risk factors for heart disease and stroke, and inflammation (a marker for heart disease), according to the statement’s lead author Rachel K. Johnson, Ph.D., M.P.H., R.D., associate provost and professor of nutrition at the University of Vermont in Burlington.

Added sugars are sugars and syrups added to foods during processing or preparation and sugars and syrups added at the table. “Sugar has no nutritional value other than to provide calories,” Johnson said. “Consuming foods and beverages with excessive amounts of added sugars displaces more nutritious foods and beverages for many people.” [1]

A new American Heart Association scientific statement which provides specific guidance on limiting the consumption of added sugars and provides information about the relationship between excess sugar intake and metabolic abnormalities, adverse health conditions and shortfalls in essential nutrients, says that “most women should consume no more than 100 calories (about 25 grams) of added sugars per day.” [1]

I understand the importance of watching your sugar intake; however, it’s the association of high sugar intake to inflammation that caught my attention. It’s common knowledge, and something that every human being should be aware of, that inflammation is “a marker for heart disease.”

Inflammation is defined as a localized reaction of tissue to irritation, injury, or infection. Symptoms of inflammation include pain, swelling, red coloration to the area, and sometimes loss of movement or function. Although we commonly think of inflammation as the painful component of arthritis, inflammation is also a component of chronic diseases such as heart disease and strokes.

One of the best ways to fight inflammation is to prevent it. I know that may not always be easy to do; however, there is a product on the market that specifically “targets signs of inflammation in your body and reduces them quickly.” [2] And that product is TriVita’s Sonoran Bloom Nopalea

Nopalea’s betalains and other anti-inflammatory ingredients work directly on the fluid surrounding your cells. There, they draw off the toxins and excess water to reduce inflammation and rebalance the cellular environment. Yes folks, this is what I consider preventative medicine at the cellular level.

Sonoran Bloom Nopalea™ is not made from Mangosteen or Acai. And from the research I’ve done, Nopalea™ is a much more effective fruit than the aforementioned fruits. To learn more or to try Sonoran Bloom Nopalea™ click on the following link, Sonoran Bloom Nopalea™.

Yes, we have to watch our sugar intake, but remember, “If inflammation is the problem, Nopalea™ is the solution!”
